GMT offset

Broker server time is relative to GMT (Greenwich Mean Time)

The amount of deviation is the GMT offset.

For example,

If the broker server time is 14:00 and Greenwich Mean Time is 12:00,

The former is two hours ahead of the latter,

GMT offset is +2.

In addition, when acquiring the time by the program,

You can get the local time of your PC with the function TimeLocal ().

But if you do a backtest,
Because it gets the server time instead of the local time,

You need to separate the logic between production and test.
